Privacy Policy – TestDog
TestDog (the “app”) is a game/simulator for caring for a virtual dog. We care about your privacy — TestDog is designed to work without collecting personal data.
In short
TestDog does not collect or send any personal data to our servers. The app has no accounts and no sign-in. Your game progress is stored only on your phone.
What data the app uses
- Game progress (dog status, days, certificate): stored only on your device. Deleting the app deletes it.
- Motion & steps (pedometer): If you grant the “Motion & Fitness” permission, the app reads your step count to determine whether a walk is complete. This data is processed only on your phone, is never sent anywhere, and we do not store it.
- Notifications: The app schedules local reminders directly on your phone; they are not sent over the internet.
In-app purchases
Optional purchases (Super Kibble, Dog Walker, life restore) are processed by Apple and by RevenueCat, which we use to validate purchases. In connection with a purchase, these services may process transaction data and an anonymous device/user identifier. We do not receive your name, email, or payment details.

Tracking and advertising
The app contains no ads and no tracking tools (no third-party analytics, no cross-app tracking).
Children
The app does not collect personal data. We recommend protecting purchases via Family Sharing / Screen Time.

We may update this policy; the new version will be published on this page.
